I ordered the coat rack in last November. First, the color is not as what I expected. It has some more red tint rather than brownish walnut color. When I received it, one of the legs was broken and two of the pegs have chipped. There are no visible damage to exterior shipping carton. It may be attributed to lack of buffer material inside and surrounding the parts that caused the parts to be broken as well as chipped. I sent email to Amazon and got response from them fast. However, the manufacturer kept delaying the replacement part. I waited until end of December and was informed that the replacement won't be available until Febuary in 2012. I was just disappointed with how the manufacturer handle with this because it was supposed to be a X'mas gift. However, I have to give credit to Amazon for great customer service. They refunded my money right away.

Although the piece is sleek looking and functional, it took me about a month after my initial order to finally put it together. On the initial shipment, one of the posts was cracked. The company promptly sent out another without any issues. It too, cam cracked. A sencond replacement was shipped and was received in one piece.

Best bang for the Buck. Looks classy and not cheap at all. Needed somewhere to hang coats without spending a ton and this was perfect for the price!
